Thanks for reporting this issue. I tested myself and you are absolutely right. I don't quite understand why it is happening though. In Peru (only timezone I could see it happen) midnight actually returns 1AM instead of midnight on 1st of January 1990. It does not happen on other years or other timezones. It's almost as if 12AM didnt exist in that timezone. Maybe the timezone moved ahead an hour or something?

new Date(1990, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0)  -> new Date(1990, 0, 1, 1, 0, 0)

// 1st of January, 1990 1AM instead of 12AM

I don't understand why that is happening. I have been trying to investigate without any luck so far. Do you have any idea?

Edit: Looks like it changed timezones, so strangely this behavior is correct. 12AM did not exist in Peru on January 1st 1990. It went from 11:59 to 1AM.
