TCP layer calls wakeup with EV_WR for closing sockets or not accepted ones. about picotcp HOT 1 CLOSED

ANALYSIS:

• the TCP wakeup function is called either in TCP or in the SOCKET module
• in the SOCKET module the conditions met to call wakeup are EV_PENDING and function registered
• EV_PENDING is set and reset in TCP module but it seems the reset part is not managed correctly because the flags remain set and thus the situation discribed occures

SOLUTION PROPOSED:

• at the SOCKET level clear the EV_PENDING field after calling the wakeup function

TESTS:
-autotest.sh -> PASSED
-mbed full benchmark -> PASSED
