It seems that the application has read the whole buffer.
The other side is sending TCP KeepAlive messages, but even if the buffers are empty
the tcp layer doesn't react to say that there is free space.
The timeout occurs and the connection gets closed.

It seems the tcp receiver doesn't have any persistent timer implemented.
The persistent timer should respond and let the other side know we have freed some space,
or we should implement a way for the receiver to respond to keep alive messages.
