I have the same issue, when solving rune, cpu usage goes to 100% and gpu is not used

I got solution. Tensorflow for windows doesn't support you anymore after 2.10. So we need to install 2.10, instead of latest version

How do you make it works? After I resolve the gpu issue, it still don't solve rune. It doesn't do anything after print the below log:
