Now when you load a notebook, it seeds the search index with citations that are already in the metadata for that notebook. This is using the local/remote alternatives for a single Bloodhound searcher, instead of using separate sources.

However, this index is not updated when you add citations after opening the notebook (so it's good for editing an existing paper, less so for writing a new one). I could make this work by treating them as separate sources, but I think you'd then see the same citations twice. Or maybe I can just reinitialize bloodhound each time a citation is inserted.
