Just parts of it. I don't even know what the actual status of this config is at the moment. There is a partially working version running on pWg; you could try their server pack?

I already have. There's no hint of Calamity in it. I suppose this config is kept 'proprietary'. I'm afraid in this state, it's not going anywhere: pwg nowadays has lost its position of the main competitive L4D2 hub in EU. To put it simple: if a config is only available on pwg, it won't be even tried out once by 95% of the remaining community.

I also tried adding the main admin of the Calamity group in Steam Community. He declined my invite instantly without bothering to ask who I am or what I want. This is all very sad.

Well, from what I know, the Calamity devs are not interested in 'getting it out there'. Apparently there was some drama way back when, plus they seem hardly interested in L4D2 itself in general. I'm pretty sure they stick with pWg because Raecher has been very helpful in getting things to work again after Valve made that update that broke everything.

It is a shame, but as far as I know Calamity should probably be revamped if it is to be served to 'the public'.

So I managed to find an old 0.3 version of Calamity. I brought it up to speed and uploaded on my servers. I've also taken your latest scoring.

So here's the first bug report:

"we just played calamity dark carnival on your servers and it was really buggy
special infected except tank couldnt m1 and the scoring made no sense at all
team a nearly made it to the saferoom and got 146 points
team b was going down the hill and had 0 points"

The first part relates to broken l4d2_calamity_quads(which I'll be replacing with the dominators plugin, since that's what raecher did on pwg's calamity anyway). However the second part is for you. It is most likely that the map distance isn't getting restored on round restart. All dependencies(penalty bonus etc.) are satisfied and loaded before the scoring itself.

Let me know if you're willing to look into this or I'm on my own here. There are actually people who would regularly play this, if it would get fixed. If that gives you any motivation.

I'm not unwilling to fix it, just too busy to really work on anything L4D2-related at the moment (and the times I'm not, I actually want to play some). Random has a growing list of bugs that require attention, as does skill detect, but when I get time I certainly don't mind tackling the calamity scoring.

I just can't make any promises for the when..
It might be a good idea to fall back to normal scoring for now, and maybe implement a simple tank kill / witch kill bonus with the penalty bonus plugin. I'll keep you posted if anything else happens.
