Unfortunately, I don't own any tablet and I'm not sure if it's possible to replicate it on 4 inch screen, so I'll probably have to borrow one - this means that the fix won't be coming very soon :)
Anyway, the library simply takes the "first" touch event from the list - event.changedTouches[0]. Assuming that it's the stylus that touches the screen first at the moment where there are no other points yet, if there are more than one touch points, it should be possible to check distance from the last point to potential new ones and select the closest one.
