Thanks for reporting this. There where no wheels for arm64 before symengine 0.7.0 so these are new since yesterday.

I am not sure that we can access this hardware on github actions now for debugging.

Can you reinstall symengine and then do, codesign -f -s - /path/to/site-packages/symengine/lib/symengine_wrapper.cpython-39-darwin.so?
