Since we've switched code coverage to use phpdbg (generally speaking across SilverStripe modules, but not this particular module) (this module doesn't have coverage at the moment) this problem isn't occurring any more, but the last test failure still happens occasionally, only with the last assertion in the same test.
Strangely I just had a Travis job fail on all four builds, but then re-ran them all and they all passed. Perhaps it has something to do with the minute in the hour that the job runs?

There's one rogue unit test that always fails at 58/59 minutes past the hour. Must be some missed time mocking. PR for this is at #189
