Include your own config for laravel-swoole (php artisan vendor:publish --tag=laravel-swoole) and change the call to swoole_cpu_num() to whatever number you would like.

yea,I already did the vendor:publish,and changed the config.
but will still include the orign file vendor\swooletw\laravel-swoole\config\swoole_http.php

That's kind of embarrassing. Laravel loads all vendor configs and then array merge the your configs. You can consider modify the config by hard-code temporarily, not recommended though.
