REPL sharing title and image about sites HOT 3 CLOSED

The image is coming from the template.html for the main site...

Maybe there's a more appropriate setting for REPLs?

To be fair, Twitter strongly discourages the use of website logos for
<meta name="twitter:image"...> tags anyway.

There's also lots of grumbling on Discord's issue tracker about being able to turn off images on a channel-by-channel basis without removing the preview completely. The consensus from the devs there is to surround links with <> before posting to kill previews.... meh.

Changing the REPL to use <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary"> gives this in Discord:

So we could override the meta tag from the template with a smaller image and summary instead of summary_large_image as a possibility.
