Compile error on 0.10.0 win7/x64/VS2013 about duktape HOT 4 CLOSED

Can't reproduce this on VS2013 command line or by creating a fresh project with Duktape. This might be caused by a difference in versions.

The fact that a debug build would not trigger the same error seems odd to me. Other than that, a plausible explanation would be that some of the math functions would be macros without /fp:strict. This would be easy to fix by providing function wrappers for each when compiling with MSVC.

Wrapped all built-in math functions calls behind explicit function wrappers so that the function pointer table would also work on platforms where built-ins are defined as inline functions or macros. Although this should be quite rare, it is definitely the case with some "polyfill headers" and is possibly the case with VS2013 (there have been similar problems with the fenv.h header for instance).

Anyway, if you have a chance to test the master branch, it may now be fixed for your case.
