Hello,

I figured it out.

Total Pixels size is found if you go through your Ground Truth image and count all samples of your class, BUT EXCLUDE the background class, e.g. 0. For example, if you have classes [1, 2, 3], ground truth is going to have these list of classes [0, 1, 2, 3], thus extra 1 class to serve as background of your image.

Thus, if you go through your cube (x, y) and count ONLY classes that you actually have, you are going to get that number - Total Pixels size.
