Compile on Linux about pants-pyoxidizer-plugin HOT 4 CLOSED

Trying to run on Bullseye, Pants works fine, but pyoxidizer has been giving me some grief. e.g.

cargo:warning=/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/10/include/limits.h:195:15: fatal error: limits.h: No such file or directory

from pants-pyoxidizer-plugin.

Looks like the wrong libc-dev was installed somehow.

hellonumpy failed running with:

Original error was: libopenblas64_p-r0-2f7c42d4.3.18.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I was able to get Numpy compiling and running, but now my hellonumpy can't be found.

As this is a pyox + linux problem, not a pants problem, I'm not going to stress too much about this here. Kivy also has running errors on Linux, but that's related to SDL or PIL, again - unrelated to Pants or the plugin (related to the actual config)
