update donation page and donate now on nav bar about nature_beauty HOT 6 CLOSED

just modify and design donation.html and change the form having following fields

1. name of doner
2. donation amount
3. mobile number.
4. address.
5. state
   6.pincode
   7city
6. state.
   9.email
   then add donation in nav bar and connect that with donation.html
