MYSQL需要初始化数据库
python3 manage.py makemigrations
python3 manage.py migrate
另外，Channel 表中的信息，需要自己填充。

在./epg/settings.py 配置 DEBUG= True 由django统一配置static,即使用当前目录下的static
在DEBUG配置为False时，就需要自己另外部署静态文件。
