sprite: Expose various blending modes (Add, multiply, etc.) about superpowers-game HOT 4 OPEN

I've made an attempt at this here - gmg@adcfc71

It's not finished yet, but it does work. I don't know how to add the changes in to the API files, so I can't test the runtime code, but it works in the editor and through the component. I keep getting errors about 'Ambient Contexts', and I really don't know enough about TypeScript to do the API properly.

Perhaps someone who knows more can take what I've done and take it all the way.

Cheers. Happy to contribute in any way I can. As mentioned, I think I've taken this as far as I'm able. I've tried everything I can think of with those API files.

Also, there's more to consider - Custom blending with other settings, premultiplied alpha, working with other materials, etc.
