Yes I'm sorry, this project is dead indeed and will remain in unfinished state unless someone is picking it up.
I stopped using my Amazfit bip after firmware updates made GPS accuracy so erratic it became unusable. That, added to the invalid heart rate data: there was no point using it anymore.

I got a Garmin ForeRunner 645 Music instead and spend free time on other projects!
However it was not a waste because I learned a lot by writing this.

A bunch of this published code here could be salvaged:

• The Strava API integration, from authentication to uploading is pretty clean and using best practices
• Likewise for Fitbit APIs integration
• There's a neat GPX files parser

The glue to make it a usable app as well as a UI was not written however.
