Ok, I tested some more
It doesn't seem to be working right after the error, could take minutes to refresh
This time is not correlated with token expiry, e.g. my 15-minute token could be "off" for 5 minutes, or 1 minute — it depends
I'm not sure if this is a client bug or a server bug

Couldn't reproduce today, closing the ticket until it comes up again. Probably a server bug.
