Update:

The reason is the location of moov atom of mp4, and FireFox can handle it.

	Chrome	FireFox
Origin MP4	OK	OK
A slice video cut from origin MP4	Not Work	OK

Since i can't really revert a conversion or mass convert as that will take a while.
