This is because rowMeans produces NA and NaN-values. I have added a zap_inf()-method that cleans a vector and removes NaN and Inf-values. Then it works. Will commit tonight.

The bug is in frq(), not in set_labels(), just fyi.

Oh I see, thanks. Can you implement it such that frq() calls the cleaning method by default?

Yes, already fixed. The bug also occurs in sjt.frq() and sjp.frq(), which are already fixed as well. However, I can only commit from home since I don't have git installed on my laptop for work.
