The path to my plugin is set as http://iuwt.tv/jquery.rwdImageMaps.min.js, so you need to put the file on the root of your web server.

That would work, but that's not the issue. The issue is that http://iuwt.tv/jquery.rwdImageMaps.min.js doesn't return a JavaScript file, but an HTML doc. If you visit the link, you'll see that.

You need to upload the JavaScript file to that location for it to work.
