[Bug]: Load component fail after publish about storybook HOT 4 OPEN

To add information to the request, I had to clear caches to get it working properly whenever I've experienced this.

I think this is a difficult one to reproduce in the typical manner.
You will need to:

• Create a new project and init storybook into it
• Build it
• Browse to it
• Update/upgrade storybook version
• Build it again
• Browse to it again

The error manifests due to cached stuff that may be different between versions/storybook implementations.

A repo won't do the trick IMO

I really don't know how to reproduce it, we have two other projects that work fine with more or less the same versions and settings, the same build machine, and the same release, it's a headache
