Is repository maintained? about knockout-es5 HOT 6 CLOSED

+1 this repo is cool but it needs some love. Look at all the forks, the most important issues filed here have already been fixed multiple times independently by different people.

Please @SteveSanderson, can you merge the most advanced ones (e.g. brigand's fork or xero-github's) and update the nuget package?

Fair comments. I haven't given this repo much focus since it's been working
fine for me as-is, but others clearly have reasons to enhance it in various
ways.

I'm on vacation presently, but when back will open it up to additional
maintainers.
