This sounds/looks like an issue with your APP_URL. Remember that it should look something like this in your .env file:
APP_URL=https://ff9b5cce.ngrok.io
Note that there is no trailing slash or /alexa after the domain. Feel free to re-open if this doesn't solve your issue.

Thanks for such a fast response. I had tried that as well, I think there was a problem with the proxy config, I set it up on a new host instead of sharing it with another web server. It works well, but often the voice service will send the request to Pandora or play it through Amazon music before it ever hits Geemusic.
