OK, I pushed a fix.
Are there other inclued variables that would make sense to
remove?
The place to add them to the code is here:
src/stan/gm/grammars/var_decls_grammar_def.hpp
I also added a paragraph of C++-internal reserved
words to the doc:
src/docs/stan-reference/language.tex
