Responsive about maltrail HOT 17 OPEN

@unixfox do you have some idea? There is tons of information that needs to be drawn for each threat. I don't have an idea what would the "mobile-condensed" version look like (which information to show?)

Maybe hide columns trail, reference and sparkline ? I don't really know 😕.
It's difficult to make a web interface who support mobile devices / responsive without a framework like Bootstrap or Foundation.

Are you sure that you didn't load with a PC browser on low resolution because my mobile device can't load the web interface, it gets stuck on loading icon ?
I tried with two browsers :

• Maxthon : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mx.browser
• Dolphin : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser

I've tried on low res Chrome because I can see everything on my high res phone. I've assumed that you only have problems with low res.

I've a warning when I visit http://maltrail.cu.cc on my mobile device :

Services has been disabled. URL forwarding was disabled on July 1, 2015. Please discontinue using URL forwarding.

And the page (http://maltrail.cu.cc:8338) don't want to load on my mobile device.
Maybe because I'm on 3G, I'll try this afternoon with WiFi.

It works great ! But I didn't have the summary (threats, events, severity, etc) :

As those are wide, I've removed them for low res mobiles. Maybe I'll make a replacement (smaller, with only text)
