Who will it serve? Do you plan to open source your code? How can the
community benefit from this grant best?
At first it will serve individuals that want to be rewarded by local
businesses for their user generated content and who want to do it in a
decentralized fashion instead of a centralized way. I don't think there is
a need to do open source. I have never done a project that way, so woudln;t
know where to start. It will best benefit the community as users can start
to see applicable ways to using blockstack in normal day way off life..
taking pictures and getting rewarded for those pictures and storring the
rewards in a decentralized fashion.

Hi there, unfortunately, we are going to pass on this grant. The reason being is twofold 1) it is not clearly scoped out 2) we spent time with you trying to improve the grant scope online on some of our social channels and we're not confident this is going to result in a deliverable appropriate for a grant.
