已经解决
在squirrel.custom.yaml文件里，末尾不是有个自定义关闭或者打开中文输入吗就是ascii_mode参数，同理还有个ascii_punct参数，0默认英文标点。
参考文档这样写的：ascii_punct 是中西文標點轉換開關，0爲中文句讀，1爲西文標點。
可实现指定app中文态输入英文标点
