I agree with this idea, and will be implementing it shortly. I'm having some issues actually running the test suite right now that I need to resolve first, but this is in the works now once I can get a green test suite.

Does this resolve issue #72 as well? Or is there still an issue with making the link not visible making the page unavailable?

Good luck with that and thank you. And about issue #72 maybe he's asking for a way to have a page available but hide the link to it... I'm not sure.
