Hi Sweepr,
A few hours later to when I wrote this the spots appeared, but only from installation moment onwards. So I guess it just needed some time to retrieve, however then the new problem that the old spots wouldn't retrieve was there.
I figured that out as well, it seems to be a more common issue. Dr. Frankenstein has written a guide about it: https://drfrankenstein.co.uk/spotweb-not-backfilling/
This was exactly the issue I had. I used on Truenas an app called adminer and found the database location, name and password using the following guide: https://truecharts.org/manual/SCALE/guides/migration-pvc/#mariadb-databases. Then I did step 3 onwards exactly as in the Frankenstein guide and the spots appeared. I never figured out how to run retrieve.php, it is in a docker container and not sure how to run it. You probably have to mount the PVC etc.

I installed it via the truecharts catalogue: https://truecharts.org/charts/stable/spotweb/

Have you configured it properly?
Did you run "retrieve.php?

Never heard of this package before, is it possible to ask the creator for help because we do not know the exact condition underwhich it is installed and it seems to be somekind of container/dockerish thing?

This is a clue "Readiness probe failed: Get "http://172.16.0.166:8000/readyz": dial tcp 172.16.0.166:8000: connect: connection refused"
Not sure what it means tho.

I had this isssue too. Manually running php doesn't work for me, so I optioned for the adminer route too.
May I suggest to create a button inside the application to reset the DB?
