Maps about spongeapi HOT 5 CLOSED

I'll take this one up, any complaints to basing this at least a wee bit on Bukkit's Map API? Bukkit had a really powerful map API if iirc.

I have no complaints, given that I wrote the map API for Bukkit (following my experience making this).

There's no need to copy like the color matching code because that's borrowed from public domain code you can find on the Internet to match colors, although I'm pretty sure I simply lifted it off WorldEdit.
