Ouah interesting... but not much we can do here I think. Have you tried opening another browser and navigate to that URL? Maybe that would work with localhost?

Well, you should add localhost as an exception in your proxy settings (see german screenshot attached).
As I'm behind a corporate proxy as well, I can report, that after that Breach is coming some steps further, but fails when trying to download the first module for unknown reason. :(
