Which versions of tinymce-rails, Rails and Sprockets are you using?
If possible, can you create a GitHub repo with the project in question?

Rails(3.1.1)
But it works without Jquery.

I'm unfortunately unable to reproduce this. Can you list all of the javascripts that are being required? Uploading a GitHub repo of the app would be even better.

@AmirHoseinRh If you're using version 6.x, the jQuery integration has been removed from upstream, so you'll want to follow the manual initialization instructions here.
