Do you have a sample code I can see? Either jsfiddle, or uploaded to your site. It'd be great to be able to see what's actually going on.

I see there's some errors with three.js 66, but they don't stop execution. I don't have your textures to run the example, but I've added a sphere and everything works.

This is your code modified (removed rStats and orbital controls). It should run correctly on your setup. If it's still not running (i.e., you don't see your geometries, but see the sphere), I'm afraid it has nothing to do with Wagner.
