Tried localhost, 127.0.0.1 and public IP, none of them worked.

sorry for the late response been busy with holiday & moving stuff. Authentication failed means that the bot tried to connect but had the incorrect password. So maybe double check each password (case-sensitive) although they do look correct, which is strange.

Another issue could be with the port specified being occupied already or unavailable, you could try changing the port and see if it resolves the issue.
