Rename sphinxcontrib.restbuilder to sphinx-rst-builder about restbuilder HOT 1 CLOSED

I'm going to close this. The reason is that renaming will lead to confusion, as the name sphinx-rst-builder is taken by @davidfritzsche, and he has not replied to merge the forks.

This project will continue as sphinxcontrib-restbuilder on pypi, and sphinxcontrib.restbuilder in code, and sphinx-contrib/restbuilder on GitHub.

If I were to do things over, I might have made another choice, but when this project came about, this was the only choice (it was when Sphinx was still on Bitbucket instead of GitHub, although I think they already moved from Mercurial to Git at the time).

As usual, your opinion on the matter is always appreciated. Feel free to comment, even if the issue is closed. We can alway see if the sphinxcontrib-restbuilder vs sphinx-rst-builder can top to vi vs emacs debate ;)
