Hi @naarkhoo,
did you try this option (-o, --outlook Analyze Outlook msg (default: False))?
mail-parser can analyze outlook mails.

I have windows 10, and only tried it through the two *.py file in the test directory. I already have exported my outlook as PST format. I couldn't really figure out how to make it into work based on the provided emails https://pypi.org/project/mail-parser/ and in the test folder. I can make a stackoverflow post if you think that is more relevant.

To use outlook parser, you shoud install libemail-outlook-message-perl. I don't know if this package exists in Windows, but you can use the docker image https://hub.docker.com/r/fmantuano/spamscope-mail-parser/.
In this image there are all requirements.
