One more thing to mention.
My Application is executed many times in the same time. need consider concurrency or something?

True I've never considered concurrency as I've only used this library with big projects where there would always be one process.
On the other hand, that exception is raised only in non-release mode. If you put this on top of your NBug config:
NBug.Settings.ReleaseMode = true;any locked file should automatically be skipped.
