I am facing the same issue, even when I am using :list

Hello @chanyying , what would be your expectation after the drag operation for the computed and the orginal list?

from vue.draggable.

David-Desmaisons avatar David-Desmaisons commented on July 28, 2024

It is normal that this case does not work as by definition the computed list is the result of function. In order to alter it, you only can alter the unerlying list. If you provide the scenario you want to adress alternative implementation could found (as creating the "child" array on initialization, etc...)

@David-Desmaisons As I said in the example, in the computed is not possible, the general should be possible, then I directly through the data to operate successfully.

Hello @chanyying, I am not sure if I fully understand your last statement.

That said, by definition computed properties only depend on their internal computation so it does not make sense to alter their content by any another way. If you want to alter the underlying mapped data array, use this array as list props.
