Error: Malformed UTF-8 data about secure-ls HOT 9 CLOSED

Can you guys please clean the localStorage once and try it?
If you were on older version, the way data was stored was using a different method than in the latest version i.e. v1.2.1. So, you need to clean the localStorage once before using the latest version

This error also appeared to me too. I'm using 1.2.6 and haven't used earlier version yet.

For the moment I've changed my encoding to base64 and it seems to work fine but when using non base-64 encoding it still shows me that error

@adewangyao , thanks for replying. I've seen that, but for me clearing the localStorage it's not an option. I have multiple tabs opened and I'm using the secure-ls library to encode and decode an access_token
