Thanks for your reporting. I really did not like the way that .net interface asking for connection string. This cause so much problems when I try to parse the value and handle special characters. Since I did not use SqlServer before, do you know how SqlServer handle special characters in connection string? Do they have a escape characters? I am trying to be standard compliant as much as possible.
Anyway, the workaround for now is that you can avoid password in connection string and use SnowflakeDbConnection.Password here
to set password.

@chris-l-stewart I fixed this issue in #27 and has merged it into master. It is likely to be out in 0.3.1, but no release has been scheduled.
