I've just put a test project from scratch and this issue doesn't seem to occur. Could you please elaborate on your setup? Is ARC enabled for Masonry? Also, which object is leaking?
By the way, there's actually no need to weakify view references. A maker block is fired immediately and not kept anywhere, so there's no possibility of creating a retain cycle.
