Yes, you're right @sparseinference--I haven't had windows in mind lately (which, frankly, has been wonderful...). I'll poke around and see about a fix but in the meantime, can you specify the exact values for your GOROOT and GOPATH environment variables? I want to be sure I'm reading everything correctly because I'll try and reproduce you're exact environment/installation. Also, what version of Go are you currently using? As with all open source software, you're also welcome to fork the repository and submit a fix via a pull request if you'd like, but I'll fire up a windows VM and see what I can do on my end.

Great news @sparseinference! After reproducing the bad behavior I've pushed a commit that appears to fix this issue. It was quite simple really, I had neglected to use filepath.Separator when working with paths. Feel free to close the issue if you're satisfied or comment further if it's not working..
