If you need to use SoapUI (GUI) app and don't have Java 1.8 at hand, you can add the following XML element to your ~/soapui-settings.xml file:
<con:setting id="UISettings@disable_analytics">true</con:setting>
(for example just before </con:soapui-settings>)
..and start SoapUI again after that, it should work ok.
