Latest implementation of FHIR removes xpath from the Conformance resource about api-server HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for this report -- indeed, there was a change to the place where the xpaths live. I'll update to fix.

Overall plan for fix is going to look like:

0. Delete the existing profile.xml from smart-on-fhir sources

1. Update the me.fhir:fhir-0.12 artifacts in MVN to include some new files:

• base profile, effectively including a file like this
• profile.xml for each resource, effectively including ~50 files like this

(Note: Completed this sub-task in FHIR build tool svn)

2. Update smart-on-fhir conformance service

• read in all the files from (1) above, and
• use xpath values from the profiles (where they now live).
