So they can use the reactif server to host their own little gif world.

Give the website a nice look & feel

to let the use know if it hangs what happened/that there was an error.

And have it used when posting to slack

and maybe give them a little hello, heres how to get started prompt as well.

Store in Redis an object like:
{team: team_name, channel: team_channel, latest:gif_id}
before posting the gif to slack, for later quickly find the latest gif posted when up/downvoting

When logged in, allow users to upload links to their own gifs.

Add a secondary source/scraper in case reactiongifs.com cant find any, perhaps use reactiongifs.us (NOT GIPHY!)

1. Create a table to store each gif and its vote count
2. By default give each gif 25 points to start
3. Using a mixture of percentage and total points, create a randomized gif selector based on # of votes out of 5 for each gif
   • a hard limit of 100 votes max should be in place
   • each gif should be tracked/indexed by its url
   • a query for new gifs should still take place, allowing for new gif entries into the pool
   • each gif should have a % out of 100% after all votes are divided by the max
4. Allow users to vote for a gif either by using a slash command or a link next to the gif in the slack chat

Use devise to allow people to sign up/register on reactif.me and set their slack url and webhook so they can tie into the gif system without setting up their own server.

Allow analytics showing how well/poorly gifs are doing overall, and per slack group/channel
