Add statistics data to PGEN-descriptor

I want function that gets statistical data from PGEN-descriptor.

I'm going to implement new function that gets statistical data. However, I didn't decide function specification. 1st, I have to decide one.

Support extension data, more clealy

I want to re-implement that add a extension data to basic header, for example send ping-image data over ICMP packet. Now, implementation is too bad to feel good.
