I installed perl-FindBin perl-Module-Load-Conditional perl-Test-Harness perl-CPAN and after that compilation was successful!!!

Have you tried installing FindBin: sudo dnf install perl-FindBin?

Yes, Perl and perl-FindBin has alredy installed.
I see the same error during compilation.

The build error that you're running into isn't essentially an issue with Skytable itself but rather is a dependency resolution failure with the OpenSSL crate's build script.
I'm not sure if it will work, but can you try these:
- Try installing the following:
dnf install perl-FindBin perl-Module-Load-Conditional perl-Test-Harness perl-CPAN - Try to install
FindBinwith CPAN instead (cpanand theninstall FindBin)
if neither help, then remove any unneeded packages and raise an issue here instead
