Stroke order for 黑 radical inconsistent (e.g. 點) about makemeahanzi HOT 5 CLOSED

In simplified Chinese, the 6th stroke of 黑 component is the vertical one. In Taiwan (I don't know the rule for traditional Chinese used in Mainland China), the 6th stroke of 黑 component is the horizontal one. As a result, 黑 as a character has the same shape in both simplified Chinese and in Taiwan, but has two different stroke orders. However, 點 is the traditional form of the character only. The simplified form is 点. As a result, in 點, the 6th stroke is the horizontal one in Taiwan, and 點 doesn't exist in simplified Chinese.

I think that wiktionary stroke order entry is just incomplete (so it shows only ROC order). It also links to this PRC official document: 现代汉语通用字笔顺规范, where on page 230 you can see that the 6th stroke should be vertical:

Did you start to see the pattern? It goes on and on... and you can see that, if you want to write a beautiful character, the easiest way is to draw the 6th stroke horizontally.

This stroke order does feel a little strange, by analogy with ⼟, but the PRC order is authoritative for this project. I've changed all characters including 黑 to consistently use the V-H-H order.
